We roast our beans to order, meaning your coffee is roasted within 24-48 hours of purchase. Store-bought coffee can sit on shelves for months, losing flavour and freshness.

Each coffee that you purchase from us contains 100% high quality beans and 0% commercial beans. Our beans are also roasted in a micro-roastery by our Master Roaster with over 15 years of experience being a certified Red Seal Chef, which allows him to extract and express the intricate beautiful tones that reside naturally within the bean.

We currently source our beans directly from small-scale family-owned farms and cooperatives in regions including Guatemala, Costa Rica, Honduras, Indonesia, and Ethiopia. (We are on the constant lookout for different high quality beans in other regions, so stay tuned!) Each origin comes with it’s own unique story that can be tasted in their incomparable flavour profiles.

Our process from order to roast is fairly quick, which makes it difficult to modify an order. Modifications are only possible within 2 hours of ordering. Contact us customercare@terrabeverages.com immediately, with your order number and we’ll do our best to accommodate changes.

Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order for cancellation. After that window, the beans may already be roasting and on their way to you.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and e-transfer.

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or contact us at customercare@terrabeverages.com

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee. However, if you are not happy with your purchase, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you. 

We’re sorry that happened! Please contact us at customercare@terrabeverages.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assess the situation to help you out. Depending on the situation, we will either replace the product at no additional cost, provide a reimbursement, or provide credit.

Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return or approve your claim. The timing also depends on your bank or payment provider.

Since we roast to order, please allow 1-2 days for roasting plus 3-5 business days for delivery. Very fresh! We roast your beans within 24-48 hours of your order. Each bag includes a “roasted on” date so you know exactly when it was made.

Whole bean stays fresh longer—we recommend grinding just before brewing for the best flavor. However, we’re happy to grind your coffee at no extra cost.

We believe in small-batch roasting to ensure consistency and quality. That is why our beans are roasted in a micro-roastery setting. Each batch is carefully monitored for temperature and time to bring out the unique characteristics of every bean origin. It’s all about how the bean wants to be roasted, never how we want to roast it.

Designed to keep your coffee fresh, our bags do the job—but if you prefer, an airtight container is always a solid choice. Either way, store at room temperature away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid the fridge or freezer, as temperature changes can affect flavor. Aim to finish within 3–4 weeks of opening.

Thanks to our valve-sealed bags, unopened coffee stays fresh for 6–8 weeks from the roast date. Once you crack the seal, whole beans will maintain their optimal flavor for 3–4 weeks. If you bought ground coffee, we recommend enjoying it within 2–3 weeks, as the increased surface area causes it to stale faster. Either way, our packaging is designed to give you the longest freshness possible.
